Virtual training for any state: We have training available anywhere in united states-connect virtually using go to meeting, blackboard, video conferencing, or other learning management systems.

Seminars: understanding various types of insurance-Commercial, government, private, HMOs, PPOs, POS, CDHP

Patient Advocate Services: Provide medical records review and comprehension to help patients/communities understand the what their records reveal, and how to communicate with the providers, billing department, and practice managers

Clinical documentation review: Review medical records and denied claims from various payers. Make necessary corrections by implementing guidelines

Practice management & staff trainings: Training at location, revenue management, and steps to increase funds, and decrease denials

Remote Billing/Remote coding: Services are performed from a remote location based on needs of the facilities/offices

Coder on Call: We have certified professional coders on call and available to assist with those that are not sure of the correct code assignments

Medical Collections specialists: Intermediate services performed for patients, facilities, and insurance companies-all entities receive proper reimbursement

Denial specialists: Diligently work on EOBs/RAs to retrieve any funds that are due to the medical practice

Accounts Receivables(A/R) Specialists: Run, and print reports-working from oldest to youngest to ensure all eligible funds are processed and received

Appeals coordinators: Review remittance advices/ EOBs, & accounts receivables: Submit appeals that are reasonable and necessary to get the proper reimbursement to patients/providers.
